Combining several layers, manufacturers create high-quality packaging that has the following properties:

1. High barrier quality.

2. Wear-resistance.
3. Stiffness.
4. Density (does not rupture).

Depending on the required barrier properties, the manufacturer selects the optimal composition of composite materials. In addition to the polymer layers, interlayer printing, lacquer coating and other types of coating are used in the manufacturing process.

Such a film can be used in design work, not only because of the possibility of printing images between the layers, but also for creating the effect of "haze", "metallic", as well as experimenting with colors.

The order of alternation of layers, i.e. the structure of composite packaging material is determined by its functional purpose. The outer layer (substrate) provides protection from external impact, and also serves as a basis for applying color printing.

The inner layer ensures the hermetic sealing of the package.

BOPP/BOPP
The material has good vapor and gas impermeability qualities, smell tolerance and high resistance to low temperatures. BOPP/BOPP material has a good fat resistance property. It is suitable for use on horizontal and vertical packaging machines (Russian and foreign made ones). The material is used for packaging of confectionery, groceries, ready-to-eat breakfasts, nuts, frozen products (“pelmeni”/ravioli), pesticides, and coffee, tea, bread and cereal and bakery products.

PET/PE
The material has a high aromatic, vapor and gas impermeability characteristics and high fat resistance property, heat-sealable within the range of 140-180 degrees Celsius. The material is suitable for use in automatic packaging machines of vertical and horizontal type (Russian and foreign made) with a temperature of packing of up to 40 degrees Celsius. It is suitable for use in the Doy Pack (standup pouch) technology. The material is used for packaging the coffee, tea, sauces (mayonnaise, ketchup), frozen meat products (“pelmeni”, dumplings, etc.), food ingredients, fast food (spices, snacks), as well as the household chemicals, pesticides, shampoos, etc.

BOPP/PE
The material has good vapor and gas impermeability, high resistance to low temperatures and punctures. Has good heat-sealing capability under the temperature of 120-160 degrees Celsius. It is suitable for use on the vertical and horizontal machines (Russian and foreign made) for packaging the products under the temperature up to 40 degrees Celsius. It is used for packing the frozen products with low fat content, confectionery, flour, sugar, cereals, synthetic detergents, milk powder, pasta, ready-to-eat breakfasts.
